As a leading Christian book publisher in Singapore, we are inviting Singaporeans / PRs to join us in our mission to publish books with a purpose.

1. Sales & Marketing Manager

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and manage the overall sales strategy and grow book sales (print and e-book) locally and internationally
  • Implement marketing strategies using multiple channels including events/roadshows, website and email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Supervise the sales team to attain sales targets
  • Oversee the growth and management of the customer database
  • Involve in the company’s participation in book fairs, conferences and festivals

Requirements:

  • At least five years of sales and marketing experience
  • Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • A background in book selling would be an advantage

2. Sales Executive

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop and implement sales strategy for the retail and education markets
  • Identify and establish new accounts
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Report on weekly sales activities and results

Requirements:

  • At least two years of sales experience
  • Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • Results-oriented
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • A background in book selling would be an advantage

3. Editor

The successful candidate will:

  • Edit manuscripts for content and language
  • Manage authors, designers and illustrators
  • Evaluate book ideas and assist in the planning of new titles
  • Carry out market research

Requirements:

  • At least two years of editorial experience
  • Degree in English Language/Mass Communications and/or Postgraduate Diploma in Education Programmes
  • Well-organised, meticulous and with strong initiative
  • Possess strong project management skills
  • Able to deliver high-quality work under demanding deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in teaching and education will be advantageous

4. Operations & Admin Executive

The successful candidate will:

  • Process documents such as invoices, consignments and credit notes on a daily basis
  • Arrange and coordinate logistics for local and overseas orders
  • Manage space use in the warehouse and oversee display of books in the showroom
  • Handle administrative matters including filing and purchasing

Requirements:

  • Minimum ‘O’/’N’ Levels, preferably with two years of relevant work experience
  • Service oriented, meticulous and adaptable
  • Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision and under tight deadlines
  • Pleasant disposition and with positive attitude
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
