Shipping and Returns
Online book orders to a local address will be sent out via post (charges are based on the total weight of your order). The two modes of local delivery are Registered Mail and Courier. Once payment has been received, we will process your order via Singapore Post within 5-7 working days.
For Registered Mail, a tracking number will be given to you via a confirmation email. You may track your parcel via www.singpost.com within 24 hours after your received the tracking number.
For overseas mail, we use the rates set by Singapore Post. Shipping charges to overseas addresses are via AirMail. You may check the rates at www.singpost.com.
If you would like other express shipping options, please contact us directly at email@example.com. We also arrange for courier services for deliveries outside of Singapore (5-7 working days).
Bulk orders will be delivered using sea freight to the destination country.
Non-Refund Policy & Defective Items
Once an order has been placed, all books are non-refundable. Sometimes products do get damaged due to handling and shipping by third-party vendors. If customers find the product defective, you may ask for a replacement by sending us the defective copy.
